First-Time CE Renewal


ALL agents MUST renew their license by May 31, 2022.

The Real Estate Commission will send an email notification when the renewal period beings.

Do you need CE?

Depends on when you became licensed.

If you got licensed between June 1, 2020 - November 30, 2021,

you MUST take this First Time CE Renewal.

(General module 7-hour residential module 7-hours. We do NOT offer the commercial module at this time.)

If you got licensed between December 1, 2021 and May 31, 2022, you will be exempt from CE this cycle. 🥂
